Vulcan Access is unique among competitors in that we take extremely seriously accountability and security: all phone calls to or from security personnel are recorded and indexed.
Vulcan Access treats security as a whole and we do not tolerate any “breaks” in our accountability chain. Where other companies think of only access, we think of access and full accountability for all the decisions that are relevant to access
- There is no point at which the decision to grant or refuse access is not fully documented
- Allows complete transparency and accountability of the security personnel decisions
- Complaints, decisions regarding potential legal action, security procedure reviews - any of these can be addressed objectively because Vulcan is about accountability
